Overview

KatastarPro ("the App") is a consumer app by Green Cloud that helps users look up cadastral parcel information in Serbia, view it on a map, save favorites, and optionally subscribe for more searches. The App is not an official government or Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) application.

Information we collect

• Account: email address and password (password is stored by Firebase Authentication in hashed/encrypted form).
• Optional profile: name, phone number, address if you choose to provide them.
• Usage: parcel searches you run and favorites you save.
• Subscription: Play subscription status for the product you purchase. We do not see or store card details.
• Diagnostics: basic technical logs needed to run Firebase, Maps, and Play Billing securely.

How we use data

We use this data to authenticate you, provide parcel lookup and map features, enforce free-search limits, manage Pro subscriptions, and respond to support or account-deletion requests. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the App:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, App Check)
• Google Maps Platform
• Google Play (Billing / subscription status)
• When a live land-registry provider is connected: municipality and parcel number needed to fulfill a search

Retention & security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Account and related data are kept while your account exists. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. transaction records held by Google Play).

Your rights & account deletion

You may access, correct, or delete your data. In the App: Profile → Delete account. You can also email greencloud991@gmail.com from your registered address. Step-by-step: Delete account instructions.

Deleting the App account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13.
